Scan the QR code to connect the 3Dprinter to the wireless network and register the device.

Q: What should I do if the device stays on the "Connecting
Device" page, or if a "404 error" appears after a long
connection time?
A: A long connection time may be due to poor network signal.
Please move the device and phone closer to the router, then restart the device
and try several times until successful. Another possibility is that the device
is already connected to the network, so the app is unresponsive.

Q: Why is my home WiFi not listed in this WiFi list?
A: This list only displays 2.4G networks and does not support
5G networks. 2.4G and 5G are two modes of the router. If your router has the
2.4G mode turned off, please enable it and select 2.4G.

Q: What should I do if the WiFi password is incorrect?
A: Please confirm the WiFi password and re-enter it.

Q: What should I do if there is a "Device Addition Error"?
A: This error indicates that the 3D printer is already bound
to another account. You can log in to that account and remove the device to
rebind it. If this is a second-hand device and you cannot log in to the old
account, please contact customer service for assistance in removing the binding
information.
