Herb label operation guide

1. Page Overview

① Five Basic Templates

Five different tag shapes are available for selection. You can freely choose the one that suits your needs.

② Add Text

Enter your desired text, and the system will automatically generate a corresponding design. The font size adjusts automatically based on the text length.

To ensure optimal printing quality, we recommend keeping the text large, with no more than 20 characters per line.Note: If the text is too small, it may affect the final print quality.

To create a line break, simply add a space in your text. For example, CherryTomato can be entered as Cherry Tomato.

③ Font Selection

Two font options are available:

Noto Sans Mono (default): clean and clear, ideal for 3D printing.

Noto Serif: thinner strokes, which may affect the printing outcome.

2. Operation Steps

1. Select any template shape.

2. Enter the desired text.

3. Click Next, confirm the file name, then click Start”. The system will automatically generate a 3D-printable model.

3. Printing Guidelines

① Parameter Settings:
Click on the
Customize” option to view and adjust the default print settings.

By default, a brim is added to the model to prevent warping caused by temperature or filament issues.

It’s recommended to remove the brim promptly after printing, as it may become harder to remove after the model cools down.

If you prefer not to use a brim, you can choose No Brim” in the customization settings.

② Printing Settings

Plant tags are designed for single-color printing. You can color them manually after printing, based on your preferences.

If you wish to print in two colors, use the “Change Filament” function during printing:

1. When the printer reaches the text section, press the control knob and select “Change Filament.”

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the filament swap.

Caution:
After loading the new filament, the printer will purge a small amount of excess material. Please remove it using a suitable tool.
Do not insert your hands into the machine during the process to avoid injury.
