Format the TF card


If your machine is displaying "No TF card,"

"resume printing,"

or if the TF card initialization fails, you may need to format the TF card to resolve the issue.

Here’s how to format the TF card based on your operating system:

  • For Mac:

    1. Open Disk Utility.
    2. Locate and right-click the TF card.
    3. Select FAT32 as the format.
    4. Click Erase to reformat the card.
  • For Windows:

    1. Right-click on the TF card in File Explorer.
    2. Select Format.
    3. Choose FAT32 as the format option and proceed with formatting.


After formatting, insert the card into your machine and check if the issue is resolved.
